The clapboard house on Sullivan Street hums with LP crackle and bootsteps overhead, each room bursting with fresh picks and the scent of worn linen. Tables spill over with old glass, racks hang denim soft from years, and the front counter is never without a new story.

What to Expect:

🪑 Antiques, vintage clothes, vinyl records, and quirky oddments throughout multiple rooms
👗 Rotating stalls from 20+ local vendors—everything from MCM ceramics to 80s cameras and handmade jewelry
🎵 Frequent restocks mean the best stuff is rarely around twice; stay a while, music plays, conversations linger
🎉 Regular “Sip & Shop” nights, and spontaneous sales—check their Instagram for event drops
🎨 Room for a quick browse or deep-dive hunting; space changes with the seasons and moods

Important Information:

✔ Multi-vendor market—each dealer curates, so stock and pricing can widely vary
✔ Shop is inside an old house: entry is flat, but aisles tighten up on weekends and two stories mean stairs for upper rooms
✔ No fitting rooms; try-ons over clothing only, ask at desk
✔ Holds on large pieces up to 24 hours with a deposit; items can’t be shipped, pick-up required within the week

Haley's Pick 🍽️

You probably know her as @milehighandhungry. Each week, Haley shares the one place she’s obsessed with right now. From hidden gems to hot new openings, if she picks it, it’s worth the hype.

Haley's Review of Riot BBQ
Riot BBQ on South Delaware feels like a backyard cookout run by a Top Chef, because it is. Chef Manny Barella and pitmaster Patrick Klaiber have teamed up to blend Monterrey flavors with Texas-style smoke, and the results are seriously craveable.

The brisket steals the show: tender, deeply smoky, and finished with Barella’s bold spice rub. Get it solo or wrapped in buttery Raquelita tortillas. The pulled pork brings heat with ancho, guajillo, and morita chiles, and the al pastor ribs are sticky, sweet, and slightly charred in all the right ways.

Even the sides are insanely good! Think crunchy pepita-macha slaw and banana pudding served in a jar that tastes just like childhood (but better). Every bite feels intentional.

It’s barbecue with heart, history, and just the right amount of heat. Riot BBQ isn’t just a meal, it’s a moment worth lining up for.

What folks are saying

Based on the 50 most recent Google reviews
Customers rave about the ever-changing variety and good prices, with special mention for finds like 70s boots, sturdy glassware, and vinyl in playable shape. Nearly everyone calls out the warmth and knowledge of the team and vendors. The space itself feels thoughtfully organized, and people appreciate that each visit brings something new. Some visitors note weekends can get crowded and the best items go fast, but regulars say turnover is frequent and there’s always a chance at the next find. Only rare complaints: minimal fitting space and closed days midweek.
