Morning dew on the range and mountains shadow every tee. Christman's Windham House has the sort of steady hum you hear in old inns, where the day rolls from hearty breakfast to twilight rounds and glasses clink at the 1805 Tavern.
What to Expect:
⛰️ Mountain Course (18) is long, scenic, and challenging—the Valley (9) is flatter, always walk-up friendly
🏌️♂️ Generous driving range and practice green right beside the inn
🍔 1805 Tavern inside—serves breakfast, hearty dinners, classics, and drinks
⏰ Twilight rates and plenty of weekday tee times for relaxed pace
🎶 Summer BBQs, live music, fireworks around July 4th weekend
Important Information:
✔ Tee times required for Mountain; Valley Course is walk-on, no reservation needed
✔ Both courses and inn are open mid-April through late October; range opens with season
✔ Wheelchair-accessible clubhouse entry and dining; restrooms accessible; terrain is hilly on Mountain and more gentle on Valley
✔ Collared shirts preferred; no metal spikes; outings coordinated through the pro shop

Haley's Review of Riot BBQ
Riot BBQ on South Delaware feels like a backyard cookout run by a Top Chef, because it is. Chef Manny Barella and pitmaster Patrick Klaiber have teamed up to blend Monterrey flavors with Texas-style smoke, and the results are seriously craveable.
The brisket steals the show: tender, deeply smoky, and finished with Barella’s bold spice rub. Get it solo or wrapped in buttery Raquelita tortillas. The pulled pork brings heat with ancho, guajillo, and morita chiles, and the al pastor ribs are sticky, sweet, and slightly charred in all the right ways.
Even the sides are insanely good! Think crunchy pepita-macha slaw and banana pudding served in a jar that tastes just like childhood (but better). Every bite feels intentional.
It’s barbecue with heart, history, and just the right amount of heat. Riot BBQ isn’t just a meal, it’s a moment worth lining up for.

Golfers praise the Mountain Course for tough but fair play, fast greens, and wide-ranging Catskill views. The Valley Course gets nods for its relaxed, walk-up energy. Staff earn mention for old-school hospitality and the hearty spreads at breakfast and the bar. Greens and fairways are kept in good shape through summer, though a handful of reviews note occasional slow rounds on busy weekends and patchy spots after heavy rain.
